Are you thinking of getting back into Netball? Or simply want to try the game for the first time? If either of these things relate to you, then attending a Back To netball session is the perfect solution to the problem. Back to Netball is an England Netball led incentive which is being implemented right here in the North East. It is a gentle introduction to the sport aimed at women aged 16 years and older, who have stopped participating in netball for a variety of reasons. |
All of the Back to Netball sessions are taken by qualified coaches who have all the enthusiasm and passion a participant could ask for.
They love the sport, and want to share their knowledge and experience with you. The sessions cover basis skill development and court play; the emphasis is on learning new skills and having fun playing netball with friends.
One thing to remember is these sessions are to cater for all abilities. So it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played, or have played previously at a higher level, these sessions are designed for everyone to take part.
It is all about Getting Fit, having fun and making friends through Back to Netball.
Here in the North East, we are running a very successful and dynamic Back to Netball Programme, which has seen significant increases in the amount of people playing Netball within the region.
